The city of Powell offers well maintained streets and parks and is known for it's antique ships in the old village.  Powell has a full time police department and is serviced full time by the Liberty Township Fire Department.  Powell is located in southwest Delaware County and about 25 minutes from downtown Columbus and Port Columbus International Airport.
