• Staging your house to sell is important and a Realtor can give you great advice on how to prepare your home for sale.
• Before showings, turn on all lights to illuminate your home and turn off all televisions and radios.
• Bring an Realtor with you to visit builders.  It's free and costs you nothing. Builders encourage Realtors to bring clients.
• See a mortgage broker or banker to get pre-qualified first.  You need to know how much house you can afford and it helps you get your finances in order.
• A Seller doesn't have to disclose the obvious.  So don't assume that he has disclosed everything to you.
